Alexandria Estates is regarded as the nicest mobile home park in the Alexandria. The park is located on a tree lined 13 acre property. It was formerly known as Hustad Park.We are well-located and just minutes from everything Alexandria has to offer. In a ten minute drive or less you can access numerous restaurants, breweries, retail stores like Wal-Mart and Target, beautiful lakes, biking/hiking/snowmobiling trails, and a host of strong employers (e.g. Alomere Health, Douglas Machine, 3M, Alexandria Public Schools, Henry's Foods).We ask all tenants to take pride in their homes and to maintain them in a manner that will contribute to keeping a neat and attractive park. - Pet Policy: Residents may have up to two pets. Dog musts weigh 35 pounds or less when fully grown. No aggressive breeds. All pets must be registered with the City of Alexandria and registered/approved by the park. Contact us for more info on service animals and/or emotional support animals.
